    D: Girl's night, so heavy apps & cocktails!

    E: Day off

    L: salad (mixed greens, artichokes, onions, zucchini, fat free feta, chicken, lemon)

    S: air popped popcorn, carrots, apple

    D: grilling steaks and taters and broccoli

    E: quick run, it is going to be hot and humid tonight! 

  • Ran 4 miles (longest ever!!!!) and did lights weights for 20 mins before work, hoping yoga meltdown at lunch since I can't go to yoga this evening as I'm going out for happy hour wahhhhooo TGIF! 
  • B: cream of wheat, 8 oz. skim milk

    L: Trader Joe's frozen lasagna

    D: Black bean soup and grilled cheese

    S1: Graham crackers

    S2: Clif Bar

  • B - bagel w/ pb, coffee w/milk

    S - apple/kiwi

    L - leftover chicken tortellini w/ sauteed veggies, carrots + dip

    D - egg salad sandwich, cottage cheese, more veggies,

    E - cross train + 3 miles + arms

  • B- Bagel thin, black forest ham, an egg

    S-low fat yogurt with strawberries and blueberriers

    L- Left over Thai Beef Salad

    S- Cottage Cheese with fruit

    D- Turkey Spinach Pasta

     

    Not sure about exercise I pulled a muscle in my leg last night 

  • B:  protein waffles topped w/ plain Greek yogurt and strawberries; coffee w/ h&h and sugar

    E:  35 mins strength training; 3 mi run

    S1:  apple w/ natural pb

    L:  turkey, avocado, red pepper, romaine and balsamic vinegar on ww tortilla; orange

    S2:  goat cheese medallion on ww pita

  • B: whole wheat crepes filled with greek yogurt, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, & blackberries; 2 pieces fake bacon; coffee

    S: a little more coffee.. nature valley bar & clementine

    L: leftover crockpot lentil stew with quinoa

    S: cantelope & strawberries; pretzel crackers

    E: pure prana yoga & either a 30 minute run or cycle

    D: grilled shrimp & vegetables on romaine lettuce

  • B: Honey Bunches of oats w/ pecans, Kashi heart to heart

    L: Leftover butternut squash, spinach, carmelized onion and goat cheese pizza on ww crust

    S: Odwalla bar if needed

    E: Hot yoga class

    D: No idea, we're celebrating DH's bday tonight so whatever he wants.  I know beer and a cupcake will be involved.  :)

  • B: Kashi go crisp cereal, skinny caramel macchiato

    E: yesterday's 5 mile run

    L: turkey on thin, string cheese and pita crackers

    S: greek yogurt and kashi bar

    D: Friday night out!  I don't know where yet.

  • B - Multi grain cheerios, strawberries w/ skim milk.  Coffee with vanilla creamer and splenda

    L - Left over angel hair pasta (lemon butter sauce) and mixed veggies.  100 cal shortbread cookie snack

    S - an orange

    E - easy 3-4 mile run.  I took off running all week and am hoping my leg pain doesn't come back.

    D - out for the flyers game, so probably wings of some sort and beer

    L: 1/2 serving TJ's pad thai w/ 1C stir fry veggies 

    S1: ww flaxseed tortilla chips, graham crackers

    S2: banana w/ 1 tbs almond butter and ground flaxseed

    E: day off, but possibly a walk

    D: baked potato wedges and a big salad

    S3: vegan chocolate chip cookie, or tea and graham crackers
