Tattoo on foot- how long before running again?
I want to get a tattoo that says miles to go- even if I don't continue to run- it has been the next stage in my life since my last tattoo. I want it on the inside of my foot (inside ankle area but lower). How long after I get it will I be down?

I have a biohazard symbol on the inside of my right foot, below the ankle. It took about 2 weeks for the scabs to come off. In retrospect, I could have probably run on it, but you really don't want to disturb the scabs. If they're small scabs (like letters in a font similar to this one), then the scabs will come off more quickly.
You could try wearing your shoes loosely to reduce the friction, but I wouldn't chance it if the scabs are thicker/wider.
