As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

TMI question: does yoga make you pass gas?? I feel like i want to let one rip the entire class bc everything is so "open". God i hope it's not just me.

I think so!! It certainly gets your juices flowing.
Side comment - my ADHD statistics professor last year spent like 20 minutes telling us a story once about how someone passed gas while in downward dog. She thought it was the more entertaining thing. So, it was annoying hearing it from her but supposedly it's common.
