Hello! After ten years of renting, DH are finally ready to buy our first home! We have no idea where we want to live. We want to move to the west side as close the the foothills or open space as possible) and probably no more east than Kipling, but we're open to anything as far south as C470 all the way north to 70. Our kiddo will start kindergarten in August, so schools are important, but probably only third or so on our list. Any recommendations on neighborhoods and areas? We just got prequalified and don't have an REA yet. I know he or she can help with these questions, but I wanted to have a better idea first. Thanks!

Anything you can achieve through hard work, you could also just buy.
Re: Anyone else in Denver?
Genessee area maybe?
We're staying in the city to buy, so I haven't done too much "shopping" in the foothills areas.
