How long did it take for your pre-pregnancy strength to return? I worked out for my entire pregnancy, and yet pull-ups, push ups, and heavy weight lifting are still very challenging four months postpartum.
I am trying to be patient and I know my strength will return in time, but I'd be lying if I said it isn't frustrating...

My DS is a big boy and within the past few days I've noticed I have an easier time lifting him overhead than I did a week ago. So I am just now starting to see progress...just seems like I have such a long way to go!
Ugh. I've been back to the gym for two weeks after my c-section, and I am shocked at how much I've lost in the time that I was gone! I was lifting more at 38.5 weeks pregnant than I can now.
I don't have an answer for you--just wanted to commiserate.
