Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

iPhone fitness apps?
Some time ago I remember reading a post about fitness related apps. Someone (I want to say it was KC or LL) mentioned an app that plays really good workout music. What is that app? Also, what are some other fitness apps y'all like?

If you pay for Couch to 5k, you can play your phone music with it, and it will turn it down to tell you to switch.
I like Map My Run.
I have run keeper. I love it.
I also have the Spark People app, that helps me track fitness and calorie intake. But I don't count calories anymore.
