Finally got fit with shoes....
and inserts too... Hopefully I can re-start my C25K tomorrow! It's pouring and disgusting today, so I'll hold off. Just hoping my knees don't crap out on me again! I really want to keep running!

I was told not to jump into using them for running when I got fitted because I was new to running and never had been fitted and never had insoles made for me.
Insoles, you mean? Yeah these are not custom made- I do have those for everyday/ walking. These are some that the running store sells.
They were so great- tried on a few pairs, ran on the treadmill, they videotaped my feet while running... awesome service for sure!
Yeah, I was told not to go for a long run in my new insoles - they were custom made.
