Question about foreclosures and utilities
If you bought a foreclosure and the utilities were turned off, did the bank turn them back on for the inspection? Should I write a provision for this into my offer? Also, if the bank did turn the utilities on, did they have them shut off again after the inspection? TIA!
Re: Question about foreclosures and utilities
It all depends on the bank. Some banks refuse to turn on the utilites and its left up to the buyer or the buyer's agent to do it.
