So the summer is fast upon us... I want to drop a few pounds.. Yes I know I can go o the gym and I can eat better... Yes I know slow and steady

but just wondering if anyone had any unhealthy short term, gain it all back ideas

That's disgusting.
I know someone who lost a ton of weight by only eating celery and drinking water.
I knew someone who lost weight by taking tons of fiber pills all the time. Yes she was in the bathroom constantly. Yuck! Please don't do that!
To lose weight the right way, I've been using the My Fitness Pal app to track food and workouts and have lost 4 pounds. Woohoo! The easiest part has been knowing how many calories are in everything so I can make lower calorie choices. For example, my Jimmy Johns sandwich was 600 calories. Now that I'm more informed, I choose a 350 calorie sandwich that's just as good. Saving a couple hundred calories here and there makes a big difference of the course of a week or month.

My coworker and his wife tried this, she passed out while on the toilet, and hit her head on the tub the morning of day 5.
What does he do? He runs to the kitchen to mix her up one of the lemonade drinks, and tells her that he thinks she should quit the diet after day 7.
Needless to say I work with a complete moron.
I love cabbage and I really like the soup.
But I obviously only make it when I'm wanting soup, and eat normally otherwise, and sometimes add a protein like shrimp or chicken to it.
The tube in the nose is a feeding tube.
