stupid road seams!
Hubs and I had the babysitter today so we could ride together. He had me doing some drills where I was practicing using my body weight to turn the bike instead of the front wheel and um, I failed the test. My wheel got stuck in a road seam and down I went.
I unclipped in time, hooray, but twisted my knee pretty good in the process. At least I was going really slow.

Ah man!! Such a bummer. I hope your knee isn't too banged up.
Ive been so timid on the bike since my last fall. I'm sure you'll get back out there & have a great ride next time (& then share how awesome it was to boost my courage
).
