How to PR by a bunch (AW!)
Today was the day! After some crazy worry about sore muscles & bad weather I ended up having a great 1/2 today. It was misty, but at least it didn't pour. So how to PR? Just running more miles, speedwork, & time and patience. Old PR- 2:12:00. New PR- 1:54:38!
