Random Seller WWYD? - I'm bored
So today is Sunday and I'm having a lazy day still in my PJs. We don't have any showings scheduled today. Would you get ready, get the house show ready just in case there is a last minute appointment made or would you enjoy the lazy day and just take the chance that the house isn't perfect and you have to get out quickly if the phone does ring?
So far all showings have been spur of the moment and realtor warned that Sunday's are notorious for last minute calls.

I'd probably take the opportunity to tidy up the house for potential showings today and throughout the upcoming week. Weekends are really the only time I have to clean.

Thanks for the advice. I figured that was the right answer. Hahaha, I was just wanting to be lazy. We've been on the market a little over a week. We had a promising showing yesterday according to my realtor but she hasn't heard anything since.
Don't get discouraged, maybe they are just thinking it over during the weekend. Who knows, you might hear from them today! Good luck!
