6 weeks til 1/2 what should my long runs be?
I did a 10k last weekend and an 8k this. I am running 3-4 days 3-5 miles and then doing power yoga the other days 2-3 x week.
I ran 8 miles over Easter weekend. I was thinking 7-8 this week and getting up to 10 the 12/13 of May. The race is June 3.

Counting backwards...here's about what I'd do.
June 3 - race
wk5 - 8mi
wk4 - 10-12mi
wk3 - 8-10mi
wk2 - 6mi
Apr 28 - 8mi
