What food shows do you watch?

I love sitting and watching Food Network.  DH can only take so much but I could have it on in the background all day.

On Saturdays I love watching Cupcake Wars and Sweet Genius.  After they are on I almost always go into the kitchen and bake something because I'm totally inspired.

I also love to watch Chopped.

Re: What food shows do you watch?

  • The only Food Network show I watch is the Diners, Drive-ins and Dives.  I like to watch to see if there's anything local we can check out that we have not heard about.

Same here. I watch Paula's Home Cooking, Kelsey's essentials, I used to watch this show How to Boil Water. That is about it.

I loooove Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. It's probably in my top five favorite shows from any channel right now.

I like a lot of shows on Food Network - I will pretty much watch anything. It would be easier to name my least favorite - Paula Deen. Rachael Ray gets on my nerves at times but I still watch 30 Minute Meals on occasion. I'm liking the new Restaurant Impossible show as well.

  • I like watching almost anything on food network and the cooking channel. My favorites are Paula Deen's shows, Racheal Ray, The Neely's, French Food at Home and Giadia.

  • I like Giada, Barefoot Contessa, Cupcake Wars, I still like Good Eats, and I'm one of the odd ones who likes PW's show Smile

  • I used to watch food network and cooking shows religiously. I think I'm pretty burned out now. :) Some shows I will watch from time to time - America's Test Kitchen, David Rocco's Dolce Vita - mainly for the footage of Italy, Two Fat Ladies (an old show, but they amuse me), Nadia G - she's a bit off, but she also amuses me cause the show is anything but serious (plus, I like to see the shoes she's wearing and  nail polish).  I don't care for Joanne Weir, but I learn stuff on her show. Jacques Pepin is good too.

I can't tolerate Giada, Rachel Ray, Paula Deen, The Neelys (are they still on?),  or Guy Fieri (is he still on?).

  • I havent been watching many lately.
  • Barefoot Contessa calms me down after work- I always turn it on at 4 pm.  Watching that show taught me how to cook. I will watch Giada for her techniques but not her personality, and I liked Sunny Anderson when she was on.  I don't like DD&D but I do like Pioneer Woman on Saturday mornings!
  • Dh and I watch Chopped, Restaurant Impossible, Diners, Drivin and Dives pretty regularly.
