I had to buy new pants this weekend. Mine literally fell down while I was walking through my living room on Friday night.
I only have three sizes more to drop until I'm at my goal jean size (I'm going for fit, not a number on the scale). If that's not motivation to keep getting up at 4:30 a.m. to hit the gym, I don't know what is. Granted, I was kind of in-between sizes when I bought my last (bigger) sized jeans - the size I bought were just a little big, but the next size down made me look like a stuffed sausage. So now the stuffed sausage size fit. And fit well. Good thing I'm getting them on sale at Old Navy, if they're not going to fit for long. :-D

I'm getting a little help from the Prednisone I'm taking from the eye problem, it's given me a ton of extra energy. Hoping that in a few weeks when I'm done with that, I'll be in a routine and still have the energy level I do now. But yeah, 4:30. Kind of the only time to do it with mine and H's schedules. I thought it would be awful, but really, it hasn't been. I sleep better at night, too.
