does anyone successfully sunless tan?
I am so white and not the nice milky complexion white. Every time I try to sunless tan it turns out horribly. Are you successful with it, and if so, how?
Also, the smell is so bad. If you have any recommendations on dealing with it please share.
Re: does anyone successfully sunless tan?
Someone here recommended the Cheap-O Hemp brand lotion sold at Walmart. It's half the price (if that) of even other drug store lines and it works better than anything else I've tried. It also smells ok - kinda like Hawaiian Tropics tanning lotion but not nearly as strong - def not the bad, self-tanner smell.
It's not so much a tan as a 'glow' (I know that sounds weird but trust me). I was in Hawaii a few months back and have used it as my daily moisturizer (and by 'daily' I mean like 2-5 times a week as I remember) ever since I got back. Just this weekend I had someone comment on how lucky I am because I "must just be one of those people that keeps their holiday tan forever". I am not one of 'those people'. It's the lotion.
So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past.
I've used the Target brand and it worked pretty well for me.
