I realize lunch may have been a while ago for you East coasters, but humor me anyway.
I have a spinach salad with cucumber, green pepper, grape tomatoes, grilled chicken, and balsalmic.
Dinner tonight is tacos - elk meat, homemade taco seasoning, lettuce, green pepper, tomato, avodaco, homemade salsa, low carb/whole wheat tortillas.

chicken and dumplings? Pretty much the same ingredients sans noodles. As long as you have flour to make dumplings.
Lunch was a Lean Cuisine spinach artichoke dip snack thing and a salad with spinach, strawberries, blue cheese, and raspberry balsamic.
I think Dinner will be pan seared steak with sauteed spinach.
Lunch was a Healthy Choice meal since leftovers were not good for me.
Dinner is grilled chicken and veggies and whatever else I decide on while I'm working out.
Stand up for something you believe in.
Lunch was garlic broccoli pasta salad with whole wheat penne, walnuts, broccoli a little bit of parmesan and some lemon pepper chicken breast. I also have some grapefruit to eat later.
Dinner is a surprise since Jay is at home to make it. We'll either be having chicken gyros with butternut squash fries (the meal we have everything for) or something that Jay plans himself.
I use any noodle! It makes it fun. Or rice.
Lunch was leftover taco soup and dinner is a chicken and broccoli casserole with stovetop. Reading all of your super healthy lunches/dinners makes me feel like a cow. Booooo you clean eaters! ;-)
:Blog:
um, hi. There is no planet in existance where you are a cow. Please. Especially compared to me. Nice try.
Lol Tonia! NOT a cow!
Thanks for the suggestions ladies! I decided I will just go to the store. I need celery anyway! I can't wait for this soup later...it's so cold and rainy and gross here!
