Someone suggested in a book thread a few weeks (or months) ago, a mystery book writer which they really liked.
For some reason I was thinking it was Michelle but can't remember.
If anyone has suggestions, I'm open!

Re: Mystery Books
That's the one. I hated the ending of In the Woods too, p!ssed me right off!
The other books aren't continuations. She takes a secondary character from her previous book and gives them their own story.
In The Likeness, the main character is Cassie Maddox - who was Rob Ryans partner in the first book. But it's an entirely different story. The third books character is Maddox's boss from the second book. The Likeness was my favorite of the three I think.
My mom gave me the book to read and I literally threw it at the wall when I finished it. I said something to her about it and she was like, "Oh yea that book p!ssed me the hell off too." I was like then whyyy did you give it to me? haha.
Hmm I think I'll give them a try. I did like the writing/story line. Do they all end like that or do the others have finalization? I can handle it if I know its a series and eventually I'll find out what happened, but straight cliffhangers just annoy me.
