resume vs CV?

I'm in higher ed as a professional.  My resume is currently a very full 2 1/2 pages but I don't have a resume that necessitates a CV per say... My background in is student affairs and I'm currently doing faculty development but applying of a new job within my institution and need to edit/revise the resume or bite the bullet and do a CV.

Any advice?

TIA

Re: resume vs CV?

  • per se

I'd edit/revise the resume. How many years of experience do you have?

Mine is 2 pages, but it's a mix of resume and CV, in that it includes publications. And I have 22 years of experience
