As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

stupid weather

I wasn't able to get my 8m long run in yesterday due to the pouring rain.  I did a successful 7m run a week ago, and with 4 weeks until my half, I now plan on running 6m tomorrow, 8m on Sat, racing 4m on Sunday, then doing 10m on 5/6 and either 10 or 8m on the 12th before my race on the 19th.

For ONCE I'd like to feel totally prepared for a half.  I did last year for my first, but since then I've run 2 that I didn't do so well on.  Boooo.
