Help: Recipe to use up ham

I have leftover cooked ham that I want to use up.  Does anyone have a good recipe?  Maybe some sort of casserole or something along those lines? TIA!

Re: Help: Recipe to use up ham

  • I like cutting it up into bite sized pieces and mixing it in with homemade mac-n-cheese and some peas (or whatever veggie you like).

This is what I was going to suggest.

Or, I'd toss it in omlettes or quiche.

  • We cut it up and fry it with potato's and make a sort of hash. Otherwise I make soup with it, either wild rice and ham or ham and bean.

  • I love scalloped potatoes and ham!! Or I second the Mac and cheese idea. I've recently started putting ham in Mac and cheese whenever I make it and it's so yummy!
