Dress a lurker for a NY wedding!
I'd love any suggestions for an October wedding in New York!
I'm from Seattle so unsure of East Coast 'norms' etc. I'm normally very casual in everyday wear, but would love to make this a fun excuse to dress up (nothing too crazy though since it wouldn't be 'me').
I'm 5'6", wear a size 10. I don't love my legs or arms, but am open to anything.
Would love to see what you would put me in.

Not that is necessarily matters, but they are a very artsy/ alternative couple. So I expect that there will definitely be many traditional aspects to the wedding, but that it will be 'fun' as well.
What about something like this:
October could be chilly so you could wear black tights if you felt more comfortable.
Right now stores have a lot of summer dresses out, so you may have better luck finding something you like in a few months when they release fall/winter dresses.
I do like that!
Like you said, I'm not looking to buy right now, just hoping to get some ideas and inspiration.
