I'm now married to a Dr.
I don't know what actually makes it official, but my wife defended her dissertation today and her adviser said "Congratulations, Dr. True" so I'm going to take that as a sign I can now change our letter head

She focused on the diffusion of policy (marriage equality policy) from defiant local actors to the state and federal levels (think Gavin Newsom, Jason West, etc).
