I caved
I said that I was going to wait until we'd been together 4 months to add him to facebook, but I caved and did it last night. We're at 3 months this week.
It's silly, but I added the last guy early, and it sucked to have to delete him when we broke up. So this time I gave myself some arbitrary time frame in which I figured by that time, we'd be serious and not have to worry about the awkward deletion thing. My relationships usually never last longer than 2 months, so I thought double that would be good.
Oh well! He's made no secret of the fact that he intends to stick around for a long time, so it's all good ;-)

I add early too. I have no trouble deleting (and blocking), and I'd rather be able to check him out as early as possible.
Agreed. The only issue I have is letting someone know too much info about me before I know them well enough. No issues deleting
Yeah, this is why I like to add early. I feel like it's this little biography... if it turns out he's got a bunch of tags in pictures with drunk sl(_)ts hanging on him, I don't waste my time. Or if he lists his favorite band as Nickelback.

Haha! I love friendships based on a mutual hatred of terrible music.
If a guy likes nickelback there's a good chance he can't dance but still tries, and throws the "rock" hand gesture out every once in a while. Gross.
