Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I can't figure out how to redeem points on the Sephora site. When I ask to checkout, to use my points to get the new 500-point perk, it says merchandise, including ecards, etc, must be included in my basket to proceed to checkout.
I'm looking for a redeem points button or something...it shouldn't be this hard.

I was trying to redeem online, without anything in my cart.
I don't *need* anything and I don't love the palette, so I think I'll skip. Thanks for helping a lurker out, though
