Did I miss the Plank Challenge Check-In?
I thought it was on Tuesdays, but maybe I'm wrong. I'm asking because I really need to AW the fact that I increased my time by an entire minute this week! Last week my time was 1:12 and today I held it for 2:12! I'm totally stokked, though my fellow gym goers probably think that I am a crazy woman by the way I was chanting "happy place happy place happy place" LOL

Awesome job! 2:12 is great!
I improved from :45 at baseline (my first ab workout post c-section) to 1:15 today.
