Someone hold me - our offer is being submitted!
We have everything with the downpayment situated so we're going forward with the offer on the house we saw over the weekend. Our agent said to starton the lower end because the roof is going to need to be replaced in the next 2-3 years. I can't beleve we're actually doing this!!
