Administrative Professionals Day--what to get??

So this is my first Administrative Professionals Day with a secretary... I've never done this before. What do I get her? Flowers? Wine for dealing with me? Help!

My old boss used to give me a flower arrangement, I was happy with that. Of course, I used to work with an idiot who thought it was a waste of money and wanted "the cash." Whatever. Another boss discovered I loved coffee, so he gave me a gift card.
I think if it's something that you know she would enjoy, that would be very thoughtful.
I have done flowers in the past, I have been doing gift cards in the recent years. I have three admins, and they all appreciate gift cards.
Flowers are always good, as is a nice lunch out. In a pinch, a gift card.
And a handwritten note of appreciation accompanying any of the above is priceless.
I'm probably late on this but I usually give something small & personal plus cash but I'm the owner of the company. When I wasn't the person controlling the money, I gave lots of different stuff over the years:
flowers; wine; clothes; jewelry; glassware; gift cards; food; a massage (it had been a very stressful year); handbags etc.
I always viewed getting my assistant a gift the way I'd get a BFF a gift. Heaven knows I usually spend more time in any given week with the assistant.
