I had a crap day. I'm not sure I've ever been so angry and hurt and insulted by a coworker ever. I can't give specifics, but it's crappy, ya know? I know I complain a lot but I work SO hard at my job and to be ....disrespected just hurts.
So I made peanut butter cookies and gorged myself. I did work out thinking that would help, but I *needed* those cookies. Now I'm going to bed with a tummy ache. But I'm not spitting fire anymore.

Yes,I'm smiling...I'm a marathoner!

Sometimes, that happens. Best thing to do is wake up the next day and focus on healthy eating.*hugs*
This. I always make a goal to make the next day be super healthy - within my calorie range (or, whatever general nutrition plan you follow). Get in all of my servings of fruit & vegetables, drink plenty of water, & mostly - give myself a break & move on.
And, I'm sorry about your coworker. That sounds terrible. Hope today is much better!
