Enjoying the warm weather we are finally getting while mom works in the flower bed and then on a bike ride.
Super cute! How is the hip brace working out? Does she seem to mind it? She looks so happy!

Laura - I can't believe Lucas is eating solids already! He is sure growing up fast!
She doesn't seem to mind at all. The only thing is that she can't sit with it. She also doesn't really like being on her stomach and has figured out how to roll with it so we have to be really careful she isn't spending too much time on the back of her head - we don't need a brace and a helmet
So anything I used to be able to do with her to get some things done are out the door - jolly jumper, exersaucer, sitting playing with toys, etc. But that's tough on me, not her.

Laura - how did Lucas get so big! It seems like he zipped through the newborn stage. How are solids going? Mackenzie HATES texture and last night and again this morning gagged until she kind of choked and then vomitted. It's terrible.
Here's mine, 23w1d from yesterday. I am officially huge and noticeably pregnant, strangers and neighbors keep giving me their congrats and asking when I'm due.And my SIL couldn't keep her hands off the belly last weekend. Baby continues to kick like crazy and T felt 3 real thumps in a row on Saturday night and there was no denying that's what he was feeling.
Lindsay - I'm so glad she is doing ok with it. Hopefully she can start to enjoy being on her stomach.
Yvonne - you really did pop! You look fantastic! You definitly have that "glow"!

I agree! I feel like he is a grown man in a baby's body because he totally doesn't act like a baby at all. He LOVES food. He was reaching for our food and whining when we wouldn't give him any, so at his 4 month check up the dr said he could start eating solids 3 times a day. So, he is! we started with Cereal and he didn't like it. We started mixing it with fruits and he begin liking it more. Then he tried sweet potatoes, squash, peas (which he LOVES!), apples, bananas,pears and I think that's it. He has no problem finishing up a container of food. Tonight he's going to try green beans.
