Vitamins, Supplements, Diet Pills
What information would you pay money for? Most of us women are
investing on diet pills, supplements, slimming products and gym
services. Which of these are worth spending? Can you give me tips? I'm
planning to purchase supplements and products on weight loss but I don't
know if all these will work.

None of those will help you lose weight, just waste your money and possibly cause damage.
The only vitamins that I think anyone should take are the ones your doctor tells you to, based on bloodwork. I am deficient in vitamin D and iron, so I take those (and a prenatal vitamin because we're going to be TTC this summer!). That's it.
Yep. Amazing!
I pay for a gym membership, personal training sessions, WW meetings (not everyone needs this, but it helps keep me accountable), and take a pre-natal vitamin (we plan on TTC at _some_ point, we're just not sure when yet... when we do decide, it might be rather sudden).
I don't see much point in diet pills or slimming products. Some might work in the short term, but I want my results to stick around. Supplements may be helpful for folks that need to boost their protein (or other particular nutrient) intake due to a substantial amount of training, but I'm not one of them.
Keep your Kinokis to yourself!

Yeah, diet pills, etc. don't work. Diet and exercise!
However, in the realm of vitamins, it's quite useful to know that your body doesn't absorb manufactured vitamins as well as it absorbs vitamins that are directly found in food. If you purchase vitamins/a nutritional supplement, make sure it's food derived. And only do that if you don't think you can get your nutrients from your diet.
