How is everyone?
I am a complete failure at keeping secrets. I went home yesterday and gave DH his birthday present. He was shocked and excited. He couldn't believe I planned this and he had no clue. We then went and watched youtube videos to see whats there to do.
I also went for a run. I went farther than I have in a few months and was so excited. That is until I saw an old lady making faces at a baby and tripped over a grate. Baby, Mom & Dad rushed over to see if I was ok.Sigh mostly my pride and a slight abrasion on my knee and palm. Along with a twist to my newly heeled left ankle. Luckily I was just across the street from my house. I hobbled home iced it and it feels better today.
Re: Good morning!
Oh eeeva, that's terrible (yet LMAO funny at the same time, sorry). I'm glad you weren't hurt worse and that it happened close to your house.
Ouch, eeeeva!
I have spent the better part of my morning trying to find a document that I may or may not have created. No luck yet. There is a chance that my co-worker created it as well. Ugh. My boss got it a month ago and now needs it again. I have no email proof of it and am not finding it anywhere. I really hope it was my co-worker who created it.
Nothing else excited here. I have a doctor's appointment today with an ENT. I haven't been able to breathe out of one nostril for ~20 years now and have finally decided that I should have it looked at. I'm hoping that it's nothing that requires too much work. I've put off having it looked at for so long just because I'm terrified of the possibility of what he may have to do.
Eeva - ouch, that doesn't sound fun, however I will admit I giggled a little as well.
Lasnight (as most of you know), was crazy. Zach is feeling better, but this mama didn't sleep as I was still worried I would wake up to blood all over his crib. Ugh. That wasn't the case though. Monday, DH will bring him to his pedi to have the staple removed.
Tonight DH is back to work, so I will be doing lots of extra snuggling with the boys. I honestly wanted to stay home and snuggle with them all day, but I can't.
Have a great day ladies.
Thank you. It's crazy how quickly they bounce back from injuries.
Morning! Well, afternoon anyway.
We had an appointment with our nurse this morning for injection training. I'll start my mock medication cycle as soon as AF gets here again (about 2 weeks). We are getting really close to being able to do this thing. I did learn this morning that my protocol involves TWO shots in the azz, not just the one I thought I was getting.

Good morning.
Last night Madison was feeding for about 10 minutes every hour for 3-4 hours before bed. Not sure if this is cluster feeding or if I'm not feeding her enough at her regular feed. This is so frustrating. We were hoping to get some good stretches of sleep last night but the Snuza monitor went off at midnight and she woke to feed every 3 hours.
This morning, it was more of the same. Falls asleep on the boob and then is showing feeding cues shortly after. She is finally napping and I'm grateful for that.
I feel horrible because as much as I wanted (and want) this baby, I can't stand when she cries, it hurts to feed her and I've been crying a lot today. Being pregnant was easy, being a Mom, not so much. I hope this doesn't last long.
I am going tomorrow to a breastfeeding clinic and hope to get some advice and help there. Sorry to be such a downer today. Hopefully getting out for a walk today will make me feel better.
I'm so excited for you Reba!
Boo for two shots but I'm sure it will be totally worth it in the end!
Reba--ahhhh! So excited for you!
Beth--((Hugs))
Nothing much here. Ed is still gone, so I'm getting takeout tonight and catching up on the DVR. Oh! I did find out that I don't have to take any unpaid time for mat. leave next year since I have enought sick days built up to be out until after Thanksgiving!
