So. DS gained 5 lbs in 2.5 months.
He's 28.8 lbs. at the doc last week - at 14.5 months old. This is crazy, right? He was 23 lbs at his 12 month checkup.
These were taken last week - and I don't think he looks obese or anything. I guess he's just solid.

Totally normal for the age and boys. Next check up he will have shot up 4 inches, trust.
lol, I love it! My friends baby boy is exactly the same (he's 3w younger than ours.)
And I was allll excited when they weighed N at urgent care and he was above 20lbs (20lbs 12oz yo! lol)
Dude. You should see his belly. It's great. We met BBE and her mom at the park last week, and her mom went to pick him up and was like "OMG he is so much heavier than he looks!" It's so true.
And yay for over 20 lbs! Costa was about the same size right? You have to keep in mind that I am 5'9" and H is 6'5". We don't make small babies.
I said the exact same thing when I picked up my friends kid - just looking at him and N, they are the same "size", but man, friends kid is solid! So cute.
Yes, C was the same...I'm 5'3" and DH is 5'8"
