Plank Question - which is more challenging?
I'm challenging myself to be able to do a 5 minute plank. If I'm going to do it though, I want to make sure that I'm actually challenging myself, and not doing the equivalent of a modified push up (on knees). So far I've been doing them on my elbows and toes, but I'm wondering if I should be doing them on my hands and toes instead. Is one more challenging than the other? Okay, let's call it what it is, is one more impressive than the other?

Hands is easier for me. Also, side planks are easier than regular.
