I'm making a grocery list for tonight - the weekend, plus I am just nosey.
Re: WFD?
Tonight I'm making Greek Pork Tenderloin with Garlic Herb CousCous. The marinade smelled awesome this morning.
I'm going to mooch off my mom tonight since I'm flying out early tomorrow morning. I was going to make chicken tostados this week but it never happened...I usually just slow cook the chicken with salsa and some spices and chicken broth, shred and place on fried tortillas with cheese and more salsa.
I made Swedish meatballs on Sunday, corn chowder on Monday, and cheeseburger lettuce wraps on Wednesday.
Healthy Mamma BBQ Chicken from this website. I'll throw it in the crockpot on my way out the door in a bit.
We're going to grill a lot-- steak and potatoes, TJ chili lime tilapia w/ brown rice, TJ brats, grilled chicken fajitas, steak/mushroom/pepper kabobs with this marinade my BFF raved about.
We also have stuff for homemade pizza.
ETA: Reading comprehension fail. That's my whole week menu. At least you have some ideas now!
This all sounds delicious! I love grilling season (which is essentially all year here in LA).
Recipe please! I love all things curry and DH hates it so I need to get my fix before he gets home!
Tonight? Not sure. DH is in the field, and I'm meeting up with folks for a knitting thing early, so I'll probably have a thing of soup from the freezer before I meet up with them, and something else after I get home.
I tend to eat fairly simply when DH is away. I'll probably have fried eggs tomorrow, or pasta sauce from the freezer with cooked pasta. Groceries this week will be fairly limited. I want to get some fresh veggies for munching on, and some extra yogurt for breakfasts, as well as some fruit, but not much else needs to be acquired...
My brother and I are driving up to Richmond tonight to visit our oldest sister/sing karaoke/hit up our favorite sushi place.
So yeah. I'm having sushi and tater tots.

It's actually one of those meal-in-a-jar things that I bought at a craft fair. The only wet ingredient I'm supposed to add to it is a can of diced tomatoes. When I figure out what's in the kit, I'll try to find a similar recipe. The lady I bought it from had a batch of it in a crockpot and it tasted good, not too heavy on the curry, so I'm optimistic!
Sticky Rice?
