Shelley thinks her motivation is on a permanent vacation.
Shelley can't believe her LO is moving into his convertible car seat this weekend. Shelley has an appointment at the local fire department to have them install the seat at 8am Saturday morning.
Shelley got a pedicure last night and was so happy to have an hour to herself.
Re: Third Person Thursday
Brie is enjoying the fact that there are no group assignments due this week. That means she can get all her stuff done tonight and have only minimal school work to do this weekend. She may even work ahead a bit *gasp*
Brie is so ready to be back at home. Work is very blech right now.
Brie is getting a massage tomorrow and then going out with a girlfriend. :-) Brie is ready for a fun girls night.

Shaina doesn't understand people bragging that they got approval to short sell their houses on FB, really? Let's advertise your financial inadequacy?
Shaina is exhausted. She fell asleep last night at 730 on the couch and literally could go home and sleep some more now.
Shaina's goal for this weekend is to clean her bathroom and get the office 90% organized (since a desk is still in the works). Hopefully the rainy weather will help accomplish this goal.

Dani is jealous of the pedicures and massages.
Shelley - Dani keeps thinking about convertible car seats. She's putting it off for as long as possible. She hasn't even begun research on what type to get.
Dani would like for this day to be over already.
Shelley doesn't have much of a choice. Her LO is going to meet the 22lb weight limit on the infant seat in the next month based on his average weight gain each month. Shelley got a Britax Marathon Classic (store didn't have the 70). The fireman she talked to who will be installing it said it was a very good seat.

Dani has heard good things about Britax.
Britax seemed to be the most common brand of car seats used among the Oct08 moms. Shelley's DH is thinking of getting a Safety First three-in-one car seat. It's less than the one Shelley got and it goes RF, FF, and booster. For some reason it did not give Shelley a warm and fuzzy feeling for the seat her LO would be using 99% of the time. She thinks it will be fine as a secondary seat. Restrictions are so strict on carseats that none are bad or unsafe.
Well, Dana, inquiring minds want to know.
Not quiet ready to pull the trigger on it. I started to freak out looking at the cost of preschools in the area, and it would be close to my monthly salary.
Maybe in a few more months when we have more things paid off we will pull the trigger.
