We are at the hospital
J is in for his procedure now and we are waiting for him to come out. I am armed and ready with a bottle and we have baby tylenol at home. Poor little guy...he will have a a damaged rocket for a few days!

Great, I'm glad. It would be especially nice if your feeling better resulted in the worried mom feeling worse. Wouldn't want to abstain from commenting to spare some feelings of a regular, after all. Especially when this comment will surely change her mind.
um, newsflash, if she felt bad about it, i'm going to guess she would have opted not to have the procedure done. it's not like there is a medical reason to go forward with it. it's a personal choice that comes down to cosmetics. or esthetics. or whatever.
i surely doubt that this is the first circumscision [non] debate this "regular" has ever witnessed.
