S: A "special K bar" from our work meeting
L: work bbq. (ETA: I had a hot dog, no bun, some chips, and a slice of cherry cheesecake)

S: Drinks with a friend who recently lost her mom. I don't care about the calories in these drinks, this is about being there for a friend.

E: planned rest day
B: nonfat cinnamon dulce latte w/ whip, 3 petite vanilla scones (I was up before the sun this morning to make a 3 hour drive to my parents' house so I couldn't resist the Starbucks)
L: ?? I looked in the fridge at my folks' house and it's pretty empty. Literally. The three bottom clear containers where veggies and fruit would go are completely empty. I actually took a pic and texted it to DH bc I thought it was pretty funny.
B: ww vegan biscuit w/ honey, decaf tea w/ almond milk
L: quinoa w/ corn, tomato, cucumber, flaxseed tortilla chips, apple
S1: cinnamon graham crackers
S2:banana w/ 1 tbs peanut butter, ground flaxseed
E: day off
S3: small spoonful of ice cream, or leftover quinoa and chips
B: just a banana (i really need to get my rear in gear and start eating a solid breakfast again)
L: turkey burger patty w/ spinach and onion within, green beans and roasted red potatoes

E: barn chores - this weekend will be the start of my running again
Yay, friday! Food will be a bit wacky for the next bit. DH is away, and I'm trying to eat down the pantry, because it's getting crazy in there...
E: 20 minute cardio as warmup; 30 minute strength workout with a trainer; 40 minute cardio after; included intervals, so now I'm one big ball of tired and sore... feels good...
B: berries, yogurt, kashi go lean crunch
L: carrots, homemade soup, crackers (pantry) with low fat cheese
S: dates and almonds
Treat: chocolate (snack size); maybe some whiskey tonight, too
