Eyeliner hates me and always runs, despite my best efforts.
I currently use UD 24/7 in Zero, and I look like I've been in a fight after an hour.
Can anyone recommend an eyeliner that really stays? I'd prefer a pencil, I'm not skilled enough to work a brush and pot.

Re: Non-running eyeliner
Do your eyes water a lot? Just wondering b/c the UD 24/7 is one of two eyeliners that actually stay put. What about using a primer, then the liner?
My other suggestion is the Tarte Smoulder Eyes (which is my HG and I love it more than the UD). You literally have 15 seconds to smudge before it sets for good.
Also, I don't use a lot of liner under my eyes at all, and sometimes I skip it altogether. Could it be the amount you use?
My eyes do water, but I use primer and wait until the primer and liner "set" before putting on eyeshadow. And I don't use liner under my eyes.
I'll have to check out the Tarte liner, thanks!

I've had very good luck with the Bobbi Brown gel liner. I had huge smudging/running problems too before I switched to this, and it's not an issue at ALL anymore.
For regular pencils, eye shadow primer helps me a lot but it sounds like you're already doing that.
ETA: I just saw you don't want one with a brush and a pot. That's what the Bobbi Brown is. But I promise it doesn't require any more skill than a pencil does. I actually think it's harder to get a pencil to look even, and I often end up having to go over it with an eyeliner brush anyway.
Bobbi Brown actually has a new gel eyeliner in pencil form.
I use both pencils and the pots.
