Cloth diapering
I wanted to give a few links that have been really helpful to me, some I got from Traycee, some I found on my own.

Cotton Babies website Bum Genius 4.0 pocket diapers with snaps are our favorites!
Also, AK, try adding a hemp insert to night time diapers. It made a WORLD of difference for us, the link below is the ones that we use for R. We keep the microfiber insert in the pocket diaper, and put the hemp in with it.

I'm also willing to answer questions. We are using prefolds and covers from green mountain diapers at home and a variety of pockets for daycare use.
I started out the same way, there's a lot of information out there and a lot of options!
