1. How many do you have? 5 nephews and 1 niece.
2. What are their names? Trent Dylan (he'll be 7 on Monday), Brandon Kade (4), Austin Lee (10), Cody James (10), Joshua Elliot (8), and Isabella Marie (4)

4. Are you close to them? I'm extremely close to Trent and Brandon, in fact I cut Brandon's umbilical cord and was the first person to hold him. Austin, Cody, and Josh are my oldest sister's step-kids and I think they are the biggest brats in the world, seriously they are SO NAUGHTY. Izzy is my youngest sister's step daughter and sadly I've never met her in real life. I'm hoping to go out to Iowa this summer and meet her though.

I have none. I'm not sure anyone in our families is going to have kids for awhile. My Brother is single, My BIL is in law school and busy with that. The other two are 20 and 16 and I hope they wait a bit.
back story. my nephew is Dh's sisters little boy. Dh and sister don't get along and never have and DH prolly haven't spoken 10 words to her since we got married but DH's grandmother is super sick and excpected to pass any day so they are doing Landon's bday party with the whole family as a sort of a last get together with Dh's grandmother. I still try to talk to his sister when I see her and I have always done for landon as far as bday's and christmas. I went to see him when he was born and helped with a baby shower for SIL. I am forcing DH to go to this get together because I am afraid he will regret it later on in life when Landon is grown and doesn't know who he is and his grandmother is dead. His grandmother is the glue to the family so I am sure once she passes he won't see them at all.

5. PIP if you'd like. This is the most recent pic I have. Since I don't get to see him often I don't have many pics. this was taken the week before christmas.
I have two nephews. Christian is 22 and in the Navy, currently riding a submarine around the Pacific ocean. Travis is 20 and in the Marine Corps, currently stationed in southern California.
DH has two nephews - his brother's adult son and stepson. I've met them once; they're not close to DH at all.

I don't have any. Some day, I hope! I'm sure my brother and his gf will have kids some day, but probably like 5 years away. BIL... who knows. He's still pretty young so it's hard to imagine him doing grown up things like getting married and having kids, lol.

I have 1 niece and 1 nephew. DH has 2 nephews and then a step niece and step nephew.

Im pretty close to Josh and Jake. Their mother died when the boys were really young. They spend most of their time at MIL and are always there to help Nana when she watches the boys. Dustin and Emma not a huge fan, but I am the peacemaker of the family so I try to keep things equal.
Maeghen and Andrew I love to pieces but don't see them as much as I like, but when I do I spoil them rotten. They are both smart kids and are extremely polite. I only hope that my boys end up as well mannered as they have.

D. I was very close to Heidi. She was my MOH and my best friend. Sadly, two years ago she admitted to having issues with depression and was put on Zoloft. One day I was asking her about her medication and what kinds of things her therapist was working on with her (coping mechanisms, etc.) and she went off on me about not believing her and getting nosy and told me to leave her alone. She hasn't spoken to me since, blocked me on her FB, and hasn't reached out to me in any way since then. She got married this past Saturday and I wasn't there. The one sister she still speaks to posted pictures and the wedding was beautiful and I wish more than anything that I could have been there to be with her. I didn't mean for this to get so long and turn into a vent but it's a sore subject. I'm sorry

They're all over my FB lol1. How many do you have? 2 nephews and one niece for now. Once Jim's brother gets remarried, I'll have three more nieces and one more nephew.

4. Are you close to them? We see them once a year when they come here for a week or two in the summer, maybe once more if we get back to Georgia. We call them about once a month.

I have none, and I also think it will be a while before we have any. H is an only child, and I'm the eldest of my siblings. My bro is getting married in the fall but he and his FI don't think they're interested in kids, my sister is still in college, and my youngest sister is only 12.
I wish I had a niece or nephew though. It would be nice to have a baby around without actually having birth, care and pay for one.
1. I have 2 nieces on DH.s side, and that is probably all we'll have. My brother will never have kids, and DH's brother will not have any more.

4. We're as close as we can be living so far away. They were both in my bridal party (jr bm and flower girl). But they are starting to get a teenage attitude now, so are a little more difficult. DH really does make an effort to stay a part of their lives, and we'll all talk on skype every few months or so.

I have one niece and one nephew. DH is an only child so we won't ever have any on his side and my other brother still isn't married so none for him yet. His gf is very adament that she gets married before any children are had.

Colton turned 6 this past week and Sienna will be 4 at the end of May
4. Are you close to them?
I like to think so. I don't see them as often as I might like but I adore them and they love me back!

1. I have 2 nieces currently, and 3 more nieces on the way. This is just from DH's brother - he also has a sister who is married now, so I am sure there will be more from her. I have one brother who is 24, and he will make the best dad someday, but hopefully farther in the future!
2. My BIL is a fan of giving masculine names to his girls, so their names are Cooper and Quinn.
3. Cooper is 4, Quinn is 2 and 29 weeks along
4. We adore them! We live 3 hours away, but try to see them every other month or so. They are hilarious and are the loves of our life! I know aunts aren't supposed to have favorites, but my Quinny Quinn is absolutely perfect in my eyes.
