I know it won't hurt or make things any worse, but does anyone use Epsom salt baths? My knees are beyond sore from the trail 1/2 today. I stretched and cooled down after and have been stretching all evening, but I can only imagine how I'm going to feel tomorrow, so I'm trying to get some of the crap out of my legs tonight by sitting in a heavenly bath!
Immediately after finishing, I considered sittin myself in the cold lake, but decided against that today as my body cooled down in the 40 degree temperature!

I am also hoping to get out and run a few miles tomorrow to loosen some of the junk out of my legs, even though I know the run will suck and hurt!
I'll take a bath with epson salts some times. I don't know that the salts themselves make such a huge difference, but I do enjoy with bath
Some people in my running group swear by them, but they also swear by ice baths, so maybe they, too, just like baths
