Any tips from runners with bunions?
I have bunions and lovely flat feet. I usually just jog on the treadmill for 3miles/30 minutes and haven't really had a problem with them. (my big toe/side of foot just get kind of achy- no big deal). Since January I've been slowly upping my distance and once I get over 4 miles they really are starting to hurt! Any tips? I was fitted with shoes in February so they should still be ok.

Thank you so much for the suggestions! It sounds like making an appointment with a podiatrist would be a good starting place. Hopefully it will be an ?easy? fix like getting new shoes/orthotics/toe separators.
Hokiegirl82- Good luck with the upcoming surgery! My dad is having it done in the Fall?
