    I have a degree in baking & pastry arts.

  • I worked as a bartender before I drank alcohol (sips of champagne for wedding toasts and the like excluded).

  • I have a really weird (to me anyway) neurological condition called, I shiitz you not, "tremors". My hands/limbs vibrate and shake no matter where I am or what I'm doing. It's typically not too noticeable. Apparently it's genetic and totally harmless.

    I have never lived anywhere but Philadelphia. I'm sad that I was too scared of getting homesick to go to college out-of-state.

    Thanks to a weird twist in FL law, I bartended before I was legally allowed to sit at the bar at which I worked.

    He hired me to paint at one of his friends' extravagant 40th birthday party. Theme of the party? Eyes Wide Shut.

    my grandma had this. the only time we'd ever notice was when she was trying to do something precise like thread a needle or button a button.
