What are the exact measurements on this dress? I am 36 28 38. Also what is the lowest price you would take for it. We are renewing my wedding vows for our 25th and I've been looking for something elegant but wanted to stay under 500.00 if at all possible. By the way, where do you live? My sister's lives in Bakersfield and her last name is Barcello :0)
