B: rolled oats with brown sugar and cinnamon and strawberries, black coffee
S1: banana
L: salad (romaine, baby carrots, red onion, button mushrooms, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, walnuts, annie's raspberry vinaigrette), apple
S2: plain chobani, tlc pumpkinn spice flax bars
D: going to DH's aunt and uncle's for pizza

E: Power 90 Master Series Sculpt & Ab Ripper 200 before work

  • B: Honey Bunches of Oats and Kashi Go Lean Crisp in 1% milk; handful of raw almonds; coffee w/ milk and sugar; migraine meds. :(

    L: Leftover chicken enchilada casserold; broccoli; nonfat vanilla yogurt

    S: Odwalla or Kashi bar

    D: Black bean and lentil soup; maybe half a turkey and cheese sandwich?

    E: 1 hr hot yoga class 

  • E: 3 mile run 

    B: Greek yogurt and a Clif Bar

    L: grilled chicken sandwich, a pear

    S: forgot to pack one, we'll see

    D: homemade bbq chicken pizza

    D: Leftovers from our turkey dinner last night - roasted turkey w/ gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce, roasted beets & skim milk

    L: Tomato wrap w/sliced roast chicken, Colby-Jack cheese, tomatos, zucchini, spring lettuce mix, dab of mustard, Fage Greek yogurt w/1 Splenda and blueberries

    D: Veggie hot dogs w/bun, ketchup,  and sprinkle of cheddar cheese, cous cous, green beans

    S1: ww crackers

    S2: ww bagel thin w/cream cheese (or natural PB and organic mixed berry jelly)

    D: 2 pieces of chocolate caramels from the fancy chocolate shop

    E: 60 minute easy recovery ride 

  • B: protein shake w/ almond milk and banana, decaf coffee w/ nonfat nondairy creamer

    L: Probably going out with DH to plan our trip this weekend. If so, veggie burger w/ pineapple and teriyaki, tomato and lettuce, w/ sweet potato fries

    E: 3mi run w/ lifting, or something that hopefully resembles that

    S: 1/2 clif bar

    D: Mexishens! Possibly in quesadilla form w/ goat cheese

    L: something at the deli downstairs - veggie heavy -

    D: ugh...something fast, I'll only have an hour at home before I have to head back out

  • 25 mins HIIT in elliptical before work, Pilates and hot yoga after work 

     

  • B: oatmeal, tea

    S: grapes, cheese stick

    L: WW and oatbran pita with turkey and arugula

    S: air popped popcorn, carrots, apples

    D: homemade pesto with pasta, chicken, and broccoli

    E: warm up run, circuit training 

  • I'm home sick today with a sinus infection/flu thing. Good times.

    B - coffee w/milk, egg on ww muffin, sliced fruit

    S - nothing or fruit

    L - homemade chicken soup + veggies/dip

    S - handful of trail mix

    D - Almond chicken pasta + salad

    E - if I feel up to anything, a 2 mile run. I'm in the last part of my half training, so today is a light day anyway.

  • B: I woke up famished, so I pretty much ate everything I could find. The end.

     E: 8 mile run, upper body strength

    L: ham, Swiss, spinach, mustard on pumpernickel, apple, coffee and cream

    D: salsa chicken over spinach

    Snacks if needed: Greek yogurt, peppers and pretzels with hummus

    L: I really want a good salad, but it's almost lunch time and I can't decided where to go so I might just get Subway

    S: strawberries, almonds, string cheese

    D: sweet potato "burgers" with avocado, spinach feta

    S: Cookie dough ice cream :-)

    E: Run at least 15 minutes, walk 20 

  • B: ww vegan biscuit and honey with decaf tea and almond milk

    L: english muffin with romaine, tomatoes, 1/4 avocado, apple, steamed broccoli 

    S1: cinnamon graham crackers, 1/2 serving flaxseed tortilla chips

    S2: banana w/ 1 tbs peanut butter, ground flaxseeds, 5 semisweet chocolate chips

    E: either 2 mile run, or vinyasa

    D: 6" subway on ww (spinach, lettuce, tomato, 1/4 avocado, cucumber, pickles)

    S3: cinnamon grahams

  • E: 1500 yd swim

    B: oatmeal w/ pb.  coffee

    L: shepherds pie.  Strawberries.  

    S: Greek yogurt.  Carrots

    D: Out to eat with IL's.  Likely half a bison burger and some fries.
