Re: Monday Poll

  • Weekend was ok - a lot of time in the car driving around to random parts of the state to photograph bridges.  We had a short visit with my Gram and she was in great spirits so that was nice to see.  Pat's getting his end of semester stress going on and it's making me cranky too.

I'm looking forward to Bingo tonight.  Last week my friend Jenn and I went and we both won twice!  So we decided we'll go back tonight, it was fun.  I hope we'll make this at least a once a month thing if not more often!

  • My weekend was pretty laid back.  Levi and I were at my sisters until around 11 Friday night.  Saturday morning, DH went with FIL to get wood, and L slept in until around 10, which was nice because that gave me some quiet time to get some housework done.  My brother showed up and brought us breakfast.  I went and met a guy at the firehouse to do the books, my brother stayed at my house with L until my MIL picked him up, then I went back home to an empty house and went through toys and cleaned more.

DH came home around 1:30 and said they were going down to our river lot to get it cleaned up more, so after I was done vegging and watching Say Yes to the Dress:Bridesmaids, I went down and helped carry wood and crap.  I also visited with my aunt and uncle who we rent the lot off of.

Sunday was another relaxing weekend but I got all my laundry done and was able to hang it outside.  I spent a good amount of time on Pinterest and even tried a pin....white vinegar in the rinse cycle of the washing machine.

How was your weekend? Wonderful! Ran faster than I wanted to in the relay, got to spend time with Paige, got a cool medal, and did some relaxing on Sunday.

Looking forward to anything this week? Yes. Insurgent comes out on Tuesday and on Friday I am meeting Paige to go to a book signing for it. Then, I am spending Friday night with her and going to her book exchange party on Saturday. We'll have seen each other 3 times in the past month or so. It's awesome!

  • My weekend was pretty good, I wish I had gotten some more cleaning done but I got the important things done like laundry.  I did get my hair cut and highlighted, which really needed to be done.  I did organize the bathroom closest and underneath the sink, it really needed to be done, we have like no storage space in the bathroom and everything was all over the place, so as long as we keep it that way, it will be great, but now that I've done that room, I really need to work on the kitchen.

I can't think of anything this week but I'm looking forward to HG next weekend and I might do a test run on JT's birthday cake, but I'm going to bring it to work so they can finish it off for me.

  • The weekend was OK.  We mostly just spent it together doing nothing much.  We went to a discount movie and to my SIL's house to discuss fineral arraingements.

Not looking forward to this week because it's just torture waiting for the call.

  • My weekend was CRAZY!  We produced & timed the Unity Health System Rochester Flower City Challenge which is a 2 day event. After working until 8 on Friday night I was back to work at 5 to set up and open registration for the Paddle Triathlon & Duathlon.  It was absolutely freezing outside with temps starting out in the 20's.  We had a great turn out and everybody really seemed to enjoy the event.  We wrapped up at the park around noon, but then I had to head back to the office and was there until 2, only able to leave then because I took an hour's worth of work home with me.  DH (he's part-time crew and one of our timers) and I were in bed by 7:30.

Sunday we were up at back to work at 3:45 to set up for the half marathon and 5K.  The weather was slightly warmer, but this time I got to work inside.  We had over 3000 participants yesterday which means that the event grew about 14 percent from last year...this is only the event's third year.  We had a blast, but everyone was exhausted.  DH and I were again in bed before it was dark out.

I'm looking forward to having a lighter work week (clocked in for around 65 hours last week) and to having the weekend off!  Oh and the Kentucky Derby! :)

This word for word... except change my name for Jo's! :)

  • It was good.  I had a long weekend with Friday off for my OB appointments and I got to work in a nap both Friday and Saturday, so I was a happy pregnant lady.  We also finally got to do our maternity/family photos.  It was chilly out, but the sun was shining so we still got to do them outside in a local park.  M didn't cooperate for a couple shots I had really hoped for, but I think it still went well.  I can't wait to see them!  Other than that I did some more nesting around the house, went a little crazy doing a ton of laundry, dusting, various other cleaning, and working on my pregnancy journal.  I still have two more closets I want to go through and clean, but my pelvis/hips/pubic area is pretty sore from the baby dropping I have to take lots of breaks so things take longer.

I'm looking forward to my day off already and oddly to my NST tomorrow b/c I like listening to baby's hb.  I also look forward to seeing him/her again on the ultrasound on Friday.

  • My weekend was great!

Saturday my parents came down and helped me move a rainbow playset from my co-workers house to my house then they decided they wanted to buy my sister and I each an iPad (the iPad 2)!  Woot!  Sunday I did a mini photo shoot for pictures for my parents new kitchen and then I played with Connor and on my iPad :)

  • Our weekend was ok, we had crazy weather here with golfball size hail twice in one day!  So there was alot of watching the news to keep track of what was going on.

My hubby and son are looking forward to the new Avengers movie that comes out at the end of the week, and I'm looking forward to our town's yearly festival next weekend, complete with a carnival, a parade, a craft fair, and lots of fair food!

How was your weekend? Ehh. I woke up not feeling well on Saturday, then drove 1 hr to my sisters for my nephews bday gathering, even though I had to leave before anyone else was arriving b/c I have to be back home so DH and I could go to a friend's house for dinner. That part was good. We took a ride in a fire truck (he's a volunteer FF) and had homemade pizza for dinner. Yesterday I still felt crappy and napped for a good part of the day. I was just lazy.

Looking forward to anything this week? Um, Friday. And Wed evening b/c I am going to a movie with some ladies from work. Friday we are going to meet Brian's family and then driving in an RV (you read that correctly) to Minneapolis for his nephews first communion. There will be 9 of us in the RV. I'm sorta excited!

  • How was your weekend? Too short. I had to come in to work at 11 Sunday night because I had my u/s scheduled for 8 am to see what is going on with me.

Eric worked a 12 on Saturday and Maddy and I went to see him for lunch and then went and spent the rest of our weekend at my moms because he was supposed to have to work Sunday(got cancelled last minute after mom already planned to keep Maddy).

Looking forward to anything this week? Hopefully getting u/s results from my doc so we can begin a treatment plan.
