I so wish we had an H&M here.
I took the kiddos camping this weekend. We got back around noon today. I still have a ton of stuff to do, but I'm exhausted. I'll clean up after the gym tomorrow.
What kind of stuff did you get at H&M?
My mom and our good friends came down for a girls weekend and just left tonight, so now I'm just relaxing after a great weekend. My dogs are both sacked out and snoring because I guess they are only used to keeping up with 1 person in a house now, not 5, and barely slept all weekend.
I just watched Desperate Housewives and am waiting for GCB to get a little into it before I start watching because I hate watching live tv and commercials. First world problems right here tonight.
Depending on the poster, I'd be a bit weirded out, too.

As for the second part, that's all XH's are really good for except showing us how awesome the good guys really are. You'll figure that part out later.
I feel like my life is finally going in the right direction. New job, new church, new school in the fall, and I feel like I have a different outlook on life. Everything is changing and it's for the better.
Ugh. I feel like a huge fatty. I've been bad all weekend.
Now I am continuing being bad by eating pizza and drinking beer.

I cleaned a lot today. H's dad is coming next weekend. I am so not excited for this visit. We did some work on our fence today. Then we went to a local even held by our S.P.C.A. It was fun, we took our border collie with us because she loves other dogs and people. Now procrastinating. I need to finish a lesson plan.

I'm a lurker but It has been a year since my husband got shot in the stan we we had an "Yay! you're alive party" last night which made me slow today. Went to bed at 2 and baby gets up at 5... made for a rough start but then grilled out with friends and now watching GCB.
Also, at this party we had, one of the guys ate 2 jars of baby food.... weirdest thing ever... He said it tasted like a MRE

I love all of this. You are awesome, and strong!
I had a lovely dinner with my boat family. Then I came home and worked on a video/photo slideshow to send to my real family and have successfully spent hours avoiding working on a school project that's due tomorrow.
I can't believe the school year is almost over! I feel like it's time to start looking at review courses to hopefully prepare for the CPA (certified public accountant) exam. I've set a lofty goal of trying to finish all my finals a week early just because I can and so that I can move my focus to bigger and better things.
I am beyond exhausted right now. Like I should be in bed. I feel asleep on the couch and woke up with drool all over. This is what a weekend in Napa, then coming home and watching a 4 year old who's momma had to take a trip to L&D today will do to you.
Napa was awesome by the way. I had a fantastic time and got to see my cousin in a little different light which was really nice. I even discovered that if I start drinking wine it will totally be dessert wine. I had a sip of one that tasted like honey!
I spent most of my weekend sleeping, but was super productive during the brief time I was awake. I got the kids' room all cleaned out, got tons of laundry sorted by size, a few loads of cloth diapers in the wash, and got a bunch of thank you cards done. We finally put up curtain rods in all the bedrooms in anticipation of all the curtains I ordered and I finally picked out a new closet system for my room.
I got to do a Google hangout with my brother and one of my sisters tonight, which was super awesome because I haven't actually seen my brother's face since 2005. His wife keeps him hidden in a closet, but he's away on business now and able to get away with such shenanigans.
I busted out the drinks because I got a call from MIL tonight that absolutely infuriated me because of some crap going on between my H and BIL/SIL. UGH. And of course I can't talk to H about it for the time being, so I'm going to stew until I can. Between this and crap at work, I'm about to lose my mind.
Luckily the dog is being cuddly and sweet today. And also, there was a marathon of My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding. Hilarious TV entertainment right there.
HOLLA!!!!!!!!!!! Not only does it kick @$$ that you proved him wrong but it sounds like you got your ducks in a row and are in general kicking @$$ and taking names.
I'm really happy you got out and are doing so well.
