I agree. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, paying for a bunch of products and a plan isn't going to work and you'll be out a pile of money. You'll be much better off if you put some effort into learning how to eat healthier foods with proper portion sizes, since good habits can last a lifetime, not just 24 days.
