I am not sure which days we are going to eat these but this is what I bought groceries for.
- BBQ pork ribs, baked potatoes, salad.
- Grilled chicken, Grilled vegetables, salad for me since I don't eat cooked veggies
- Chicken Salad sandwiches (with leftover chicken) and baked sweet potato fries.
- Breakfast for dinner
-Leftovers; Ribs at least once probably 2 times and chicken salad a second night.
Monday- Cilantro-lime marinated steak, red potatoes, corn
Tuesday- Chili
Wednesday- Crock Pot buffalo chicken lettuce wraps, from Skinnytaste.com
Thursday- leftovers
Friday- leftovers
Sat & Sun- TBD
On the menu for this week, just not sure what days yet:
- Turkey shepherd's pie (tonight so DH can eat while i'm at yoga and I can eat when I get back)
- Chicken bacon ranch pizza
- Chilli
- Steak, baked potato, grilled veggies
Not very exciting or extensive this week...
Monday: Cafe Rio Chicken tacos (thanks Kate for the recipe, this is the second time I'm making them and we loved them the first time!!)
Tuesday: I have class, B is on his own
Wednesday: spaghetti with meat sauce, green beans
That's it. Thursday I have Bunco and then we are out of town for BFF's wedding all weekend!
